When submitting your order you will be given a flat rate of postage based on your order size.

* DG Stands for “Dangerous Goods”.These products attract a 50% Freight Surcharge; however, we are subsidising this by only charging a 30% freight surcharge.DG Surcharge is only applicable to Restor-A-Finish.

Shipping Policy (Within Australia)

We currently employ the services of StarTrack and Australia Post to deliver orders. They deliver throughout Australia utilising their logistical network. Please note

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: All orders received and paid for before 2.30 on a week day will be shipped that day.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A:  We aim to pick, pack and send all available products within 24 hours of receiving your order. . As for when you will receive your order, this will depend on delivery times to your area. For most east coast metro areas allow 1-3 working days, allow 3-10 working days for rural areas or for areas within SA, WA, TAS and NT.

Q: What if my order is on Back Order or Out of Stock?

A: In some cases, we may become out of stock of a particular item prior to your order being dispatched. In this circumstance, we will notify you immediately of any items that will be delayed from being delivered within the standard time. If a backorder becomes unavailable for some reason we will advise by phone or email as soon as known and offer any available substitutes or full refund.

International - Shipping Policy

We do not currently provide an option to courier goods to locations outside of Australia or New Zealand for items bought online via our website.

Returns & Replacements

We hope you are satisfied with every Howard Product's purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Before returning any items please contact Howard Products (Aust) on 1800 672 646 to discuss your reason for requiring a return and organise an approval to return an item to Howard Products (Aust). Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.

Before contacting us regarding a return please understand the following terms of business:

  • Howard Products (Aust) will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering.
  • If you have changed your mind, or made a mistake, we require notification within 3 business days of the recorded delivery date.
  • If you received a faulty or damaged item, we require notification within 3 business days of the recorded delivery date.
  • If the item you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.
  • Howard Products (Aust) is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged to us or never arrive. To qualify for a credit an item must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no store credit and the product will be returned to the customer.

All listed pricing on this website is in AUD (Australian Dollars). Goods and Services Tax ("GST") is applied to all product pricing listed and is inclusive of the 10% GST.
